2023 St. Philip Christmas Social
Thank you to everyone who came out for the 2023 St. Philip Christmas Social. It was amazing to see so many students, parents/guardians and staff out for a fun night of games, food and socializing.
A BIG SHOUTOUT goes to our amazing organizing committee. There are many hours that go into planning events and seeing them through, until hours after the event. It was great to work with such an amazing group of St. Philip parents. Committee members included:

Santa's Little Helpers
Thank you for all the donations to the Richmond Food Bank and Toy Mountain, which will brighten the spirits of many in our community.
Santa's Sweet Shoppe
Thank you to Stephanie Hanna for organizing the amazing Christmas baking raffle. Thanks also to everyone who donated baked goods, including some great allergy-friendly options! Congratulations to all the winners.
Reindeer Games
Thank you to Ottawa Fire and our volunteer firefighters for many, many tours of the fire truck and our outdoor lighting!
Hot chocolate was a big hit, with a constant line-up. Thanks to King's Independent for donating the food and supplies.
Outdoor games were provided by the YardGamesGuy (thanks for donating 2 extra games), and thanks to Kelly Cochrane for organizing the tug of war rope.
The North Pole
The North Pole was a busy place, with lots to see and do. Thank you to Lindsay Daggitt and Julie Greene for planning the indoor games and decorating.

Thanks to the Knights of Columbus for preparing and serving the hot dogs, and to King's Independent Grocer for donating the food and supplies. **Don't forget to visit the Knights of Columbus Santa Lunch on Sunday, December 17th following 10:30am Mass at St. Philip Church.

Mrs. Claus' Kitchen
Mrs. Claus' Kitchen is the place to be for cookie decorating and making reindeer food to sprinkle outside on Christmas Eve. Thank you to Shana Aubrey and Julie Greene for baking the gluten-free and dairy-free cookies and icing, and donating the sprinkles. Thank you to Sarah MacNeill who baked dozens of cookies and organized the cookie decorating. Thank you to Tanya Mewhinney who organized the reindeer food.
Elves' Workshop
Crafts of all kinds can be found in the Elves' Workshop, including yarn hats and reindeer! Thanks to Tanya Mewhinney for organizing the crafts.
Land of Lost Clothes
We hope that families were able to reunite with all their children's lost items in the Land of Lost Clothes!Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas, and happy holiday season!
