Friday, June 2, 2017 St. Philip Catholic School Family Fun Fair & BBQ 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm Talent Show follows in the gym.

Family Fun Fair -   Pre-Order BBQ & Game Tickets

Pre-orders will be accepted through the online hot lunch system only. If you do not wish to order through the online system, tickets will be available for purchase during the event. See the details below of the costs and how to order.

Orders will be accepted until Monday May 29.

1.    Go to our online system to place your order. www.stphilip.hotlunches.net.

A $1.00 transaction fee will be applied to your order if payment is made online.

Instructions on how to use the only system are on the reverse page.

2.    Pickup for pre-ordered tickets:

Order before Friday May 12 and pick up at the school Wed. May 17 between 3-7pm (same time as Little Caesar’s Pickup)

Or

Order before Monday May 29 and pick up at the Game Ticket Table on the day of the event. Please treat the tickets as you would cash as we cannot be responsible for lost tickets.

3.    New this year – Tokens will be provided for the Food Items, paper tickets will be for the games and blow ups.

4.    Come out June 2 and Enjoy!! - BBQ food will be served from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Friends and relatives welcome! The Talent show will follow in the gym starting at 6:45pm
