Science Fair Sign Up Deadline FRIDAY March 29

St. Philip Catholic Elementary School Science Fair
Tuesday April 30th, 2018 6:00 pm
Rules:
  • No more than 3 students per project. Grades 1-6 entries are welcome.
  • Registrations must be signed by one of the parents/guardians of each participant.
  • Please indicate if the project has any special requirements such as an electrical outlet. If this is not indicated on the form, it may not be possible to accommodate the request
  • Registration forms with signatures are due by Friday, March 29th.
  • There are 45 spots, first come, first served.  Space for late entries is not guaranteed.
  • Please enter only one form per project
  • Animals may not be brought to the Science Fair.  Also applies to any displays using flames or other ignition sources unless permission is obtained from the Fair organizer (Dana Kean danakean@gmail.com).
  • Each project is assigned a space of 90 cm x 90 cm. Please design the display to fit in this space. Office supply stores sell fold-up display boards that can be reused provided non-permanent adhesives (e.g. Blue tack) are used. The display should generally present the hypothesis (the question being asked) or theme of the project, followed by the experimental method (if experiments are done) then the data or information obtained, and is finished with a general conclusion. St. Philip Falcons School Spirit Wear on sale now!

St. Philip School Council is pleased to offer St. Philip Falcons School Spirit Wear. 

Parents/Guardians please follow the school council link https://stphilip.hotlunches.net. From this link you can order a variety of different options including our new for 2019 “Go be Kind Falcons” t-shirt (note picture of this item will be made available when received). 

School Spirit Wear is available starting at $13 ranging to $45. Final date to order is MARCH 21, 2019

Sizing kit will be again be made available to parents on March 7th, 2019 from 3:50-5:30.

Save the date! St. Philip School SCIENCE FAIR - April 30th, 2019

Forms for science fair have been updated for the 5th annual St. Philip Science Fair presented by the St. Philip School Council.  Any young scientists keen to get started are welcome to do so! Check the link for IMPORTANT FORMS on the right hand side of the page. We will launch the science fair officially in the next few weeks.

Pizza Pickup Reminder Monday Feb. 25th 3:30-7:00PM

Thank you to everyone who supported our Little Caesar's Pizza Fundraiser!  With your help, we were able to raise $2214 for the school. WOW!!!!

Pizza Pick Up : Monday Feb 25th between 3:30pm – 7:00pm at the school. 

Please pick up your pizza kits as soon as possible.  We will not be responsible for any kits remaining after 7:00pm, as we do not have storage space for them. 

Kits cannot be sent home with students as they are too heavy. 

Please email: stphilippizza@gmail.com to make arrangements if you feel you will be later than 7pm.  Remember, if the products thaw they can be refrozen once.
