September Parent Council Meeting
Our first Parent Council Meeting of the year will take place next Monday September 23rd from 6:30-8:00pm at St. Philip School. We will begin the evening with elections. No formal agenda for this meeting.

Welcome Back!
We hope everyone had a wonderful summer and that the children had an awesome first week back!
Council Nomination forms were sent home this week. If you have any questions on what some of the positions entail please feel free to contact Jo-Anne Green, jo-anne.green@sympatico.ca or Anita DiPaolo, anitadipaolo@gmail.com.
There are lots of different ways you can get involved. You don't need to sign up for an Executive role on Council, our meetings are open to all parents of St. Philip School. We will be posting our Council Meeting agendas here on this blog. They will be posted a week or so before our meetings, giving parents enough time to submit topics of discussions they wish to bring to the table. This timeline may vary. Our meetings take place the third Monday of each month at St. Philip School, 6:30-8:00pm. If there is a topic you are interested in learning more about on the month's agenda, please come out to the meeting, we would love to hear from you!
Please be advise that Council approves the agenda before meetings begin, so if you intend on presenting a topic of discussion it has to be stated on that meeting's agenda.
We will be posting a link to our Council minutes on this blog.
We look forward to bringing lots of great social events, fundraisers & community improvements to St. Philip School this year - why not be part of our team?
