Entry forms for the St. Philip Science Fair are now being accepted!

 

St. Philip Catholic Elementary School Science Fair
Thursday May 4th, 2017 6:00 pm

Calling all scientists! 
Students in Grades 1-6 are invited to create a project for this years science fair. Group work is encouraged! Please submit your signed registration form to the school office by Thursday April 6th.

Rules:
➢ No more than 3 students per project
➢ Registrations must be signed by one of the parents/guardians of each participant
➢ Please indicate if the project has any special requirements such as a dark room or electrical
outlet. If this is not indicated on the form, it may not be possible to accommodate the
request
➢ Registration forms with signatures are due by Thursday, April 6th. Space for
late entries is not guaranteed. Please enter only one form per project

**NEW this year: all of our scientists will be receiving "St. Philip Scientist" t-shirts. Please indicate your t-shirt size on the registration form.  Thank you to the St. Philip School Council for sponsoring the science fair again this year.

Friday March 24 – 8:30pm (Teams must arrive by 8:00pm)

Registration and Payment are due by March 18, 2017

If you wish to come earlier for dinner, reservations should be made with The Glen directly for 7:30pm  (613-836-5622)

Payment for Trivia Night to be completed through our Hot lunches online system

• Go to www.stphilip.hotlunches.net
• Click on "Click Here to Register"
• Enter Access Code STPHI
• Complete the rest of the registration form. Including your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about hot lunch order deadlines, and your child's hot lunch order for the upcoming week.
• Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom
• Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends St. Philip Catholic School.
• Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"
• Proceed to select one child’s name to pay for your entire team or to pay individually for each team member

Once you have completed the order and clicked on the “Place Order and Proceed” button you will be taken to a screen where payment can be made. If paying by cheque you will have to provide payment directly to Erica Leveque and can contact her at the below email address to make arrangements but we do strongly recommend the online payment as your spot is not secured until payment is received.
