2016 Hallowe’en Dance Ticket Pre-Orders

We are looking forward to a ghoulishly good time at this year’s Halloween Dance on October 28th at St. Philip School in the Gym from 6-8pm.  A big thank you to the Grade six students, parents and teachers for co-ordinating this amazing event!  The funds raised from this event supports the Grade Six Final Year Activities.  

In order to alleviate some of the lines for tickets this year and streamline the fund collecting, we are offering the pre order option through school cash online

until Wednesday, October 26th.

Tickets will be sent home with your child the week of the event.

Admission (children under 4 free!)	$2
Popcorn (22g bag, butter or sweet & salty)	$1 per bag (2 tickets) while quantities last	Tickets will be sold 10 for $5 and may be used for any of these choices, while quantities last.
Cotton Candy	$3 per bag (6 tickets) while quantities last
Hallowe’en baking or Treat Bags	$1 per item (2 tickets) while quantities last
Juice or Water Bottle	$1 per drink (2 tickets) while quantities last
Glow bracelets	$0.50 per bracelet (1 ticket) while quantities last
Games, Face Painting, Hallowe’en Mystery Table (Sensory Game)	$0.50 per activity (1 ticket)
Hallowe’en Photo Booth Corner	FREE use of background and props	Enjoy using your own phone/camera

Help with snowsuits from the Knights of Columbus

Hi St. Philip Catholic,

Again this year the Knights of Columbus is offering a winter coat/pant combo for those children in need.  If your child is in need of a new winter snowsuit please notify the school as soon as possible.  Gender and age/size is all that's required.  This information will be passed onto the Knights of Columbus and you will be notified for pickup.  Thank you.
